I am rejecting this response because: they provide a false resp9nse. I did not go to them with a leaking oil pan. I went to them with a complaint of an oil leak. I was then told by their service manager it appeared to be coming from the oil pan as per their technician. After the repair was made an oil leak still persisted. After their refusal to identify the correct location of the leak, I took upon myself to bring it to a dodge dealership to identify the leak. After the leak being identified correctly, I contacted the dealership with the issue since the issue fell under their warranty coverage. They refuse to make the repair for reasons which are not just to deny the repair. I am seeking either full recpmpensation for the price of the vehicle plus expenses lost in this ordeal, or the proper repair of my vehicle by a cummins certified shop. The dealership never discussed repurchasing my vehicle and actually denied when I made the suggestion.

In response to [redacted]s complaint.  She came to us interested in a Nissan Altima to buy but with her credit she was unable to get a loan on her own.  She called her mother who agreed to co-sign on the loan for her.  [redacted] explained to [redacted] that her mom was going to be...

the maker on the loan and [redacted] was going to be the co-signer.  That was the only way the bank would approve financing for her and her mom.  It was going to be registered and insured in [redacted]’s name, but her mom had to go first on the loan.  After conversation with her mom and giving us personal information to run her credit, we got the deal approved. [redacted] wanted to take the car with her, bring all the paperwork to her mom and have it all signed.  A temporary registration was issued.  The vehicle was added to her insurance policy and she gave us the $1500.00 which was used as down payment on the loan purchase.  The next day she came back with all the paperwork, along with the car and told us her mother would not sign on the loan for her.  [redacted] had to do a loan on her own and did not qualify for a loan on this vehicle without her mom.  Our buyers order clearly states that money down and deposits are non-refundable.  We explained to [redacted] that her money down was non-refundable and that we would have to go thru a different source of financing because of her credit situation.  We mutually found a vehicle of her liking and that a bank would finance for her.  All agreed upon, she took delivery of a 2003 Lincoln Navigator, that she absolutely fell in love with.  Two weeks after the purchase and people filling her head with negative information about her purchase, she tried to return the vehicle with many different reasonsIncluding some other signature on the car fax.  She was given a copy of the Carfax and was aware of all information on the car fax.  She came in with some mechanical issues that we addressed and corrected immediately that was not a covered items under the NJ used car warranty, but we extended courtesy and did the repairs at no charge to her.  Any further questions please feel free to get in touch with me @ [redacted] oe email [redacted]

Review: I bought a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 with their 30 day or 1,000 [redacted] warranty. Since day the truck has had an oil leak. Took the truck to them for repair and they told me looks to be the oil pan to be leaking. First time they just torqued the oil pan bolts knowING the gasket was bad. Still leaked. Second time I brought it to them they "replaced" the gasket but looks like they just put silicone around it. Still leaks. Now they don't want to fix saying the truck is "too old" or has "too many miles" and that an oil leak is "normal". Yet they have signed paperwork say g that this truck has warranty if any of the issues are covered which this one is. I am a diesel mechanic and work at a dealership is oil leaks are not normal and year and milage of the vehicle does not matter when they sold me the truck with the warranty.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back with an addition of compensation of dealing with their hassle and now the repair of my driveway that is covered in oil stains. And the truck to be fixed by a cummins certified dealer and they cover the cost of the repair.

Response:

in respose to the complaint submitted, after the purchase of the vehicle the customer brought the vehicle to our service deptartment complaining of an oil leak from the oil pan gasket. we followed a bulletin dodge had posted as a repair to the situation over the internet, which was to drop the oil pan and reseal the pan. when the job was finished the leak was repaired and there was no more leak. I would gladly discuss the option of repurchasing the vehicle from the customer.

Response:

Response:After the oil pan repair, we had the truck running on the lift for an hour and a half, with no leaks. We're talking about normal seepage on a vehicle in excess of 100k miles. The idea of resealing this engine is ridiculous. Saving a back & forth, he said-she said, again we're offering to take the truck back if Mr [redacted] is not satisfied.

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:I have attempted several times to contact the dealership owner to discuss the terms of taking the truck back. Being that the owner does not want to get in touch with me I am assuming that he does not want to take the truck back. Therefore, I must result in lawsuit for the repairs of the truck that I must take care of because they refuse to repair the truck; which they are legally required to do.

Review: This company ran a hard inquiry on my credit without my consent. I initially started filling out paperwork but stopped after only my name and social, deciding that this was not what I wanted to do and this was not the right time to buy a vehicle. I never filled out the rest of the form or signed it, stating that my credit could be checked. I have called the business 4 times, speaking once with someone, and other times leaving messages with no response. I asked them to remove the inquiry from my credit report since it was illegal to make such an action without my consent.Desired Settlement: I would like for a letter to be sent to TranUnion and my home stating that the inquiry was made in error and to please remove it from my credit report.

Review: I went in to purchase a nissan altima that this dealership had. I needed a co signer to b approved for the loan. I did not get approved for this car I wanted. My mother was going to co-sign. They had me fill in and sign all info for this Nissan and overnighted docs for my mom to sign for the loan to go through. they took my $ b 4 she signed and she wasnt the co-signer she was down as the actual owner n she wasnt suppose to b. Anyway the refused to give the $ back they took prior to her signing and made me take a car that I could get a loan with which turned out to b a 2003 Lincoln Aviator. I was in tears because they wouldnt give back the $. My mother and I wanted to go to a real Nissan Dealership instead. they took the money, I dont know why I even give it to them prior to my mom signing but the overnighted her the papers for her signature so I did. anyway, they made me take a car that I could afford which only a 7000 car. I didnt want it but they would give me the money back so I took it, crying the whole time. sorry. the following time I drove it was 4 days later, I was sick, I started up with such a loud noise and when I turned the wheel left it popped so loud and hard it jerk the whole truck and the back end while just drivng straight felt like someone hit me in the rear right side. I went to look for the car fax that was suppose to b in my folder they gave me and it wasnt. so I went in asked for told them what was happening and they scheduled me in for an appointment for service the following monday. when I got home I reviewed the car fax and it had my name on the top which was not my signature and where it states 2 accidents there were my initials C.O., which I never did and was night my way I sign my inital signatures. I did not know about the accidents the truck is not what I wanted and has had many problems as soon as I got it. I ask that I get my 1445.00 I put down for deposit and taxes and tags. I believe.Desired Settlement: All funds returned in full
