*** *** is the business owner My wife and I hired her to take newborn pictures of our baby girl on 2/9/ On that date, *** committed to us that pictures would be returned within 4-weeks from the date they were taken My wife and I have made numerous attempts to contact *** through her office phone number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and cell phone number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) since the time she took the pictures, leaving over voicemails over a period of weeks requesting that she contact us with a status update on when pictures would be made available to us We have also sent her multiple emails (5+) between 3/1/and 4/6/asking for a status update She has an auto-reply message stating that she will respond within hours, but has not responded for other a month at this point Since the time the pictures were taken and we were given a "sneak peak" picture on 2/9/2016, the only contact we received from her was an email on 3/20/stating the pictures would be
