Initial Business Response

I called the consumer after going out to look at her crack. It is a very fine hair line crack. I told her not to worry about it unless it breaks. Only cracks that are big enough to put a dime in or that are broken need to be worried about. Again the crack she is talking about is a hair line, and shouldn't be worried about. I did tell her if is breaks or gets big enough to put a dime in to call me. We'll come out and replace that part. She was happy with that.

Consumer states she is satisfied, but will contact the business if the crack becomes worse or the concrete starts breaking.
