I have an estimate from Dehling-Voigt from September 2012 that says, "estimate to remove and replace faulty shingles," signed by [redacted]. The original purchase contract says the shingles are under warranty for 30 years from the date of installation, which was in 2003.

I haven’t seen any reviews on Dehling Voigt, Inc. anywhere so I felt I should write one to warn potential customers.
This was one of the worst experiences bar none with a contractor I’ve ever had. Their promotional material and slogan emphasize “Performed by Craftsmen,” but it was the furthest thing from it. Besides the lack of “Craftsmanship” we had a salesman who appeared to lack knowledge of his products, availability, and promptness of delivery. When we raised issues with product and quality of work he was sarcastic and dismissive.
We had FiberTite roofing material and a QuickRail railing installed on a walkout garage roof. The workmen seemed like the product and installation was completely foreign to them. Besides the caulking and termination bar installation being amateurish at best they somehow damaged two areas on a brand new roof - one right in the middle covered wit a 3’ x 4’ patch - and never even told us. We still don’t know the cause. Our salesman’s comment - Does it leak? No? So, what’s the problem?
We started this project in early spring so it could be used over the summer. We signed the contract April 21, 2015 and they just finished July 29, 2015. 3-1/2 months - Really?
Finally I placed calls to the office of Dehling Voigt, Inc. and I was assured management got my messages but for some reason would not return my calls.
I could go on but you get the picture. Word to the wise..Avoid Dehling Voigt, Inc. at all cost.
