The product this company is selling is far over priced! I purchases a facial peeling serum from a kiosk at my local mall (Christiana Mall in Newark, De). First off their employees are very pushy and aggressive which is uncomfortable. Once they've stopped you they proceed to place their product on you without so much as asking. As the employee was raining me up I asked if I was able to return the product if I wasn't satisfied and he assured me I was able to return it if I wanted to. I checked the receipt he gave me and it clearly stated returns within 7 days after purchases for refund; exchanges 14 days after purchase. I bought the product because of the results he showed me during the sell however, once I got home and tried out the serum that he gave me the results were completely different. I returned the next day to return the product and the so called "manager" of the kiosk told me I was not eligible for a refund because it was opened. She then went on to say I can't return the product because since it is used she can't resell the product so therefore, they take a hit. Also, she told me that the policy the company has is completely different then the one that the previous employee told me about. Buyer beware! I believe this company displays more potent product to con the buyer into purchasing their product and sells watered down/ineffective serums. Definitely not worth the hassle. The return policy is ridiculous and they do not inform the customer of the policies.

He then took my hand again and started rubbing lotion into it. Again I told him "thank you, but no thank you". The initial offer was 2 kits for $60. I said no and tried to walk away, but he grabbed my hand again and dropped the offer to $30. At this point, I am getting a bit uneasy and told him I was meeting my friends and I had to go. He told me "Don't worry about them, I am offering you a once in a life time offer of $24.95". I said no and he said "then let me show you something that will totally amaze you", he started rubbing lotion under my eye and blowing on it. At this point, he crossed the line and I told him point blank "NO". He still wouldnt let go of my arm and at this point, he forcibly pushed the kit into my hand and told me "final deal, you are killing me, I am making no money on this, but will give it to you for $14.95". I said no for the 4th time, dropped the kit and started to walk away and he reached up and grabbed my arm and started pulling me. I yelled "You better let go of my arm, you are hurting me". I said it loud enough so people turned, and he let my arm go. In addition to being "man handled", I experienced burning under my eye and increased dryness. I reported that to the company Friday night when I got home and they have not responded. I understand sales tactics, but "no" means "no" and coupling that with physical restraint is unacceptable.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! Extremely pushy sales people and do not take no for an answer. They make you think you are buying a product that is on sale, and add in extra products "because I like you" or "for you, I will add this in for free". When in all reality you are walking away spending far more than you intended for some products they promise you will love, that don't even work. When you try to return they are automatically offended and mad , "but this is good product why do you want to return?" After arguing with the woman as to why I wanted to return and I just wanted my money back, she STILL refused to refund all of my money and forced me into keeping a nail kit for $20 because as she stated "I want you to leave with something today, and I don't know why the computer will allow me to refund you all but $20." These people are not out for your best interest but to only make a sale.
