This company suck! Very poor customer serviceI called the hotline number but just put me on hold for more than 30mins! And worse hanged up on me! I called not only twice but the same thing! its *** to make someone wait and not being properly addressed! Voice command will prompt you to press for english and for customer service, and after waiting so long a Spanish speaking person will answer your call with no help! This is the worse agency ive dealt with!
My son call for a cuote for a car insurance [redacted] give him all the information but we didn't have the car yet, I personal explain the situation but she told me the policy existing already I told her to cancel because we don't have the car she told me I have to go to the office to sign and void the policy I send my son when he was there they told him he needs to pay $25.00 and the money going to be back in 3 0 4 days what a surprise this costumers service are awful just stared knowing this company and I alread have a hard time!!!!!!
