Review: On February 12th, 2015, I sent a payment of $34.95 USD to the aforementioned company for a copy of "Eric's Ultimate Solitaire CD" (which includes the book). I then sent at least three emails, including a third where I threatened to report the software company to the Revdex.com. Since February 12th, I never received any notifications that my CD and book was being shipped to me (which obviously has been way over a month), I never received any response. I paid this company to get a copy of "Eric's Ultimate Solitaire CD" which was all I wanted and still have yet to receive.Desired Settlement: I do not think it is too much of a big deal, but all I want is just an actual copy of the CD. I am NOT asking for any refund until it becomes a final resort.However, I am tired of puking my guts out every night, knowing I was supposed to get a deserved response from the company - that understood the true meaning of customer service for over 20 years but simply without applying it.
