Adverised25%off prices.Prices listed on door;however,when pay&expect to pay 25% less,they note that listed prices are25%off already,which is deceptiveWe used a new dry cleaner b/c of advertised special of 25% off, which is clearly noted on banner on their store (I have pictures). However, after we picked up our items, they clerk indicated that the listed prices were "aleadly 25% off." This is not clearly marked anywhere and the consumer is led to believe that the price is 25% off what is listed. Of note, nowhere are the "real" prices listed clearly for the consumer to see. The clerk indicated that he had no option to fix this but that the number of the owner was on the door ([redacted]). I thus called the owner to get a better understanding. She quickly became hostile yelling repeatedly that the prices she had listed on the door "were already 25% off." I tried to explain how this was not clear at all as no indication that prices listed were the "sale" price. During our brief converstaion, the the owner hung up on me. I called back and she again was hostile, yelled, and again hung up. I am concerned that they are getting customers to use their service without fully knowing what they will pay due to their false advertising of a "sale". When the customer finds outs the actual prices, there is no recourse as the money must be paid to get back their clothing. Desired SettlementI would like a refund of the difference in money, which is not a lot, but it is the principle. We paid $34.19.

Dress was rendered unwearable when they returned my dress without the shoulder straps that had been sewn into the dress. Dress was dropped off at cleaners on May 22. I received a call on May 24 that the dress had not come back from general dry cleaning location to this store. I left message for owner right away, she didn't returned my call. My dress was found on May 28 at which time I picked it up and paid for the dry cleaning. When I got the dress home and tried it on the shoulder straps that had been sewn into the dress when I dropped it at the cleaners had been removed and were never returned. The dress is unwearable without the straps. Numerous calls to the owner, [redacted], have resulted in no cooperation and 2 times she hung up on me when I asked to resolve the issue.Desired SettlementI feel the business should refund the cost of the dry cleaning and either pay for the dress or pay to have new straps added so that the dress is wearable again.
