My daughter was taking classes in ***, she had an accident to her face where she had to get stichesHer doctor/plastic surgeon stated she is to have no contact activity for months to a year to ensure proper healing of face I contacted *** and told them that my daughter would not be returning due tot he accidentThe following month they still charged my credit card and reactivated my membership I called them when I noticed this and I was told that they would not refund me the money instead give her a free month when she renews her contractI told then she was not going to renew as my daughter wanted to peruse dancing instead of karateFor months I've been back and forth yet upto today my last email they are refusing to refund me the money stating the billing company do not do refundsThis is wrong I notified them prior to the renewal of my contract and still they refuse to refund my money
