Dental Center Trumbull Mall

Hi! My name is Mary. And I have had the worst experience ever in my life. I went there when I was 16 weeks pregnant, they took xray and suppose to submit to my insurance company after waiting for 2 months they did but it haven't taken properly and being pregnant they asked me to take another one, I was loosing the left over of my tooth because the doctor didn't put temporary crown I did another xray and that was it !!!! They never submit it to insurance company I kept calling them every other week, I was so disappointed. I was 36 weeks pregnant and I gave up, I made an appointment with another dental office and they asked my xray copies cause they already have been taken for this teeth and I was pregnant so I went to office and asked front desk for a copy I filled out the form and sign it, she oh when I have time I will probably do it!!!! I asked her ASAP cause the dentist required for it to start working and I'm about to give birth!! She said I will try!!!!!! That was terrible feeling when you are like stuck with these low intelligence and unprofessional people!!! It's been 3 days and the other dentist never got my X-rays. Right now I'm sitting here in that office and I told the same front desk woman that I'm not leaving until I will get the copy of my xray even I give birth here. She kept me about 30-35 min and she said she will try to find and make my X-rays copy! I am so disappointed and tired!!!!Never ever go there !!!! I will sue them!!!
