After I believed I already settled this matter with them due to a communication I received from Escallate LLC stating they closed the account on 01/12/16, the last communication that I received from DentalWorks was a bill dated 01/17/stating that I owed $for the same date of service I already paidWhen I called DentalWorks to inquire, I was told I would receive a phone call back and did notThis was not surprising because a number of times I was told I would receive a phone call back and did notWhen I called DentalWorks again, I Spoke to Denise who asked if I was calling to pay my $balanceDenise transferred me to Christina who was rudeShe said she would call me back and never didUntil this communication, I have heard nothing further from DentalWorksI would like a letter from them saying this has been resolved

As of 1/28/there is a balance on the patients account, there was an adjustment taken for the $We have also removed patient from any type of pre-collectionsI do apologize that the patient has received poor service, and please know that this will be addressed at a Senior Management levelThank you and I hope that this resolves the concern

I accept this responseIt would have been nice any where along the way to have an apology, which they now providedMost of the folks I spoke to acted rude (i.eDenise and Christina) and never apologized, or called back when they said they wouldI appreciate the confirmation of the $balance and being removed from pre-collectionsI also appreciate the apology and that this will be addressed at a Senior Management levelThank you!
