In regards to complaint #XXXXXXXX at the Revdex.com. [redacted] was unable to do the work for my project due to schedule conflicts, but still wanted to help with...
the job. He provided the information to my new subcontractor, [redacted] on the type and size of flooring needed. When [redacted] placed the order with Denver Hardwood Company there were miscommunications regarding the order. [redacted] is in no way associated with [redacted] Hardwood, and [redacted] Hardwood was in no way responsible for the order, or the miscommunication, as the order was placed and paid for by [redacted]
Once again [redacted] has gone above and beyond for someone who isn't even a customer. [redacted] has provided a full refund for the order and associated shipping costs.
