This unfortunate and isolated situation was the result of the financial institution freezing the account for security reasons without first notifying us.  Once the problem was discovered and promptly corrected, we contacted our clients that had been affected by the freeze to notify them either that they could proceed with depositing the check or that a new check inclusive of any fees incurred would be issued.  Such was the case in this particular instance.  And while we deeply regret this sort of inconvenience to our customers, we are committed to doing whatever is necessary to rectify the situation and ensure that our clients receive the quality of service they have come to expect.
