The customer came in with a concern of the transmission shifting erratically. Vehicle had 2 error codes in computer. We replaced 2 components and customer picked up vehicle. She returned shortly and mentioned that the concern is still present. Scanned computer and 1 of the 2 error codes came back....

We advised that the transmission would need to be replaced based on the components that needed to be replaced when compared to a new transmission. Offered customer a credit of the entire amount paid towards a new transmission because of inconvenience. Customer declined and we still decided to help by reimbursing half of repair. At this time, that is the only assistance we can offer.
