Desoto Collision Center

Complaint[redacted] recommended that I use this facility for car repairs. 15 visits later, my vehicle is still not correct. I have more damage than when I started this process. The staff has been rude and incompetent. The facility denies their wrongdoings and refuses to fix their mistakes. I was told to file a legal claim. They have damaged my car, put miles on my vehicle and the staff is not willing to help. I've spent 3 months dealing with them. It was my first insurance claim ever and the entire process was a total nightmare. They gave me used, broken parts. They've admitted to their mistakes yet won't fix them. I had a 4,000 character detailed review written out but can not go in to detail with the limits that are set.Desired SettlementI want my car fixed by a different facility. I want Desoto Collision Center to reimburse [redacted] so that can be made possible. And after all the bad reviews and complaints I've heard, I want this company to go out of business. [redacted] NEEDS to pull their adjustor out of Desoto ' facility and stop giving them business. Business Response As our record shows, we have rarely to never had an unresolvable complaint and throughout our five locations we repair hundreds of vehicles per month. We always strive to give our customers the benefit of the doubt and I trust we have done that here. Mrs. [redacted] has taken her vehicle to a facility of her choice and had the vehicle inspected by them and her insurance company, [redacted] It's my understanding the findings were minimal. We have agreed to reimburse [redacted] for any redo repairs for which we have been previously paid. To date we have not had a request to do so.

Not fullfill my expectations....
Paint job poor, very poorly, repair ok. Almost 21 days in shop.
Had to take vehicle back to buffing to try to look better. Them come back again for emblems than back again for missing bolt.
