Review: I purchased a after market warranty for my car. The warranty was explained to me as I would be covered until a certain mileage. I asked the seller of the warranty specifically if I would be covered to a certain mileage point because of the way the contract read and he assured me that I would be. When I went to use the warranty I was advised that its expired due to the miles that were on my car. based on a check box on the warranty that listed my car as new or used. the sells man stated he was marking the check box new because the warranty when I purchased the car it also had manufacturer warranty. So he didn't have full knowledge of what he was checking off and if he did then he blatantly lied to make the sell. I also took my car in for inspection and when it was returned to me I had a lot of scratches near my driver side wheel and they denied the damageDesired Settlement: I would like a refund of the warranty or the warranty extended to the proper mileage that the warranty was advised it was purchased under.
