I engaged Complete Appliance to fix my washing machine, paid for the part with a check and was advised to schedule with the office for the next day I called the office and was advised that they could not come out for a couple of days due to having a family of 6, we decided we needed that washing machine sooner than they could return and purchased a new machine I called Complete Appliance and cancelled the appt, the person whom answered the call was pleasant and thanked me for cancelling I asked if their was any charge and she said no, I requested she shred the check I had written for the part I called my bank explained the situation and they advised that I place a stop payment on the check, which I did I recently checked my credit report and found collection activity for the stopped check I called the company Resubmitit and was given Complete Appliances name I have called at least times and spoke with several different people, who were very apologetic and said they woul
