We have received a letter of compliant and want to reach back out to you to let you know the current statusCustomer *** ***, has called because she was having issues with her A/C systemShe picked her car up on 9/10/15, her cars mileage was She went back to the dealer 2/04/and they
recharged her a/c according to dealer invoice and her mileage was She still had not contacted us about anything at this pointShe later went back to the dealer on 7/20/when they found that she had a leaking a/c pressure switch, her mileage was After hearing from her we made a supplement request to Allstate claim # ***At the time of inspection we showed Allstate all dealer invoices and they have came to a conclusion that the A/C pressure switch is wear and is not related to the incident on 8/02/Let me know if you need anything else from us to resolve this complaint.

She picked her car up on 9/10/15, her cars mileage was 72381. She went back to the dealer 2/04/16 and they...
recharged her a/c according to dealer invoice and her mileage was 76085. She still had not contacted us about anything at this point. She later went back to the dealer on 7/20/16 when they found that she had a leaking a/c pressure switch, her mileage was 84719. After hearing from her we made a supplement request to Allstate claim # [redacted]. At the time of inspection we showed Allstate all dealer invoices and they have came to a conclusion that the A/C pressure switch is normal wear and is not related to the incident on 8/02/15.
