I have talked with [redacted] about this matter and explained to him numerous times that the Navigation was never known to work and that the radio needed to be reprogrammed to even know. listing. Diamond Auto, Inc. explained to [redacted] before he drove the vehicle for a test drive that the radio needed to be reprogrammed. After purchase, [redacted] and wanted us to fix this and I explained that first of all the vehicle was sold as is but also told him that I would look into this for him to see what if any I could do. I then called him to tell him that I would split the cost of used not new which would be about $250 for each of us. [redacted] told me he did not have any money and that I was to pay for entire cost. I have tried to talk to him and explain that I am not liable for any of the cost but am willing to split the cost of up to $250. I have also tried again to call him but have not heard back.
