I signed up for their water delivery service in the beginning of August 2018. The delivery person said he would return on August 22nd.
On August 22nd - No delivery or call from delivery person.I called a week later and he said he would be there on Sept 5th.
On Sept 5th - no delivery or call from delivery person.
Today, is Sept 24th - still no delivery or call from delivery person.
Obviously, customer service is not something they concern themselves with.

I emailed them to terminate my service and remove the empty bottles. I wonder how long it is going to take them to remove them.

On two separate occasions defective water bottles have leaked and damaged our wood floor.Last year at our Wake Forest rental home and this year at our Raleigh home we have had defective water bottles leak. The water gets under the wood floor and causes the floor to warp. We did not repair the floor in the home we were renting in Wake Forest but we had just refinished the floors here in our new home in Raleigh when the damage occurred here. That damage we repaired. The cost of the repair was $400. I submitted photos of the damage and a copy of the bill to our water delivery man two or three weeks ago and he said that he gave it to his supervisor. We have not heard from the supervisor.Desired SettlementI would like to have my account credited for the $400 cost of the repair.

Contract that was filled out was altered outside of my presence. Diamond Springs was unwavering in settling amount due related to altered contract. We requested service through Diamond Springs's website for a Reverse Osmosis Water Machine. A new employee, [redacted], met with me to initiate service. We made clear that we wanted a month to month plan and agreed on the monthly cost of $49.95 to be paid quarterly. When the water machine was delivered, the water tasted like plastic and it was returned to the factory and we received a small, regular water unit for roughly a week. The original unit was returned and it still tasted like plastic, they came out and cycled water through it a couple times and it tasted better. Several months passed and we were approached by a competitor and did a week long trial and really liked the water. We signed a month to month agreement with the competitor. We requested are month to month agreement be cancelled with Diamond Springs. Diamond Springs stated that we had a 2 year contract and that we would owe the entire balance of the 2 year contract along with a $59.00 early cancellation fee. Mr. [redacted] send this message directly to me and was unwavering on working with me to pay less than the full 2 year agreement amount. He also sent me a copy of the agreement that I filled out and signed, however it had been altered from what I had originally completed. A two was simply written in and the date of the termination of the agreement was altered. I called the corporate office in Richmond, VA and they said they'd look into it. They came back and stated that we were responsible for the entire $915 balance on the contract. This was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this company. The water was less than satisfactory and the service was horrible. The original representative I worked with, Mr. [redacted], didn't represent the company well because he stated it was a month to month service when it was actually required to sign a two year agreement. Mr. [redacted] was very rude and not understanding of this problem.Desired SettlementI requested to pay 50% of the contract as I didn't agree to a 2 year agreement in the first place. Our assumption was this was a month to month agreement. The 2 was written in after I completed the company information on the contract.
