Dickson was hired to finish a kitchen dining room remodel. Initial electric rough in runs had been made by the former electricians. We agreed with Dickinson to pay two of his journeymen two days work to trace the prior work and to finish the rough in wiring, install devices, and, complete the electrical final inspection with the State inspection Some months later, the first time we fully used the area, a breaker tripped. Dickinson was called out and agreed that, contrary to code, the range, a hood, and the microwave were served by one breaker. Dickenson refused to correct the condition even though their early open framing trace activities should have clearly shown the absence of a dedicated rough in circuit for the microwave. The amount of money involved we spent to have the situation corrected didn't justify pursuing a lawsuit. We certainly expect BB to note the complaint.

During the quoting phase, Bobby examined my roof by walking on it and measuring it. He took the time to discuss options and pricing for various materials along with his recommendations and most popular choices that others have made, which I appreciated.
On the first work day, Bobby's roofing crew replaced the roof shingles with 22 sq of 25 yr Owens Corning dimensional shingles, replaced (2) full sheets of damaged roof plywood, found and repaired a broken roof truss, and changed the roof vent system to full continuous ridge vent per Bobby's recommendation and my agreement.
On day two. Bobby's gutter crew replaced all of my gutters and downspouts and covered all gutters with Shur-Flo leaf guards. They also repaired and spackled the damaged ceiling in my bathroom on Day 2. Both crews were very hard working, efficient and courteous to me and were very careful to not damage my property as well as removing all project debris from my property. Bobby personally inspected the job several times during the 2-day project. I will definitely call Bobby at Advanced Roofing for any future home construction job.
