Review: I contracted transportation services with Diego Party Bus to take our party to the Admiral Kidd Club on the Naval Base Pt. Loma. Diego Party Bus was not granted base access authorization to the Naval Base Pt. Loma due to Diego Party Bus's refusal to submit the required and completed base access paperwork to the customer prior to the customer's written and stated deadline. Diego Party Bus did not submit the required paperwork to the customer by the required base deadline; thus, Diego Party Bus could not full fill the terms of our contract based on their lack of follow though with the required documentation for base access.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of my $150.00 deposit due to the fact that Diego Party Bus is unable to provide the services which I contracted for.

Dear Revdex.com,The date I paid the $150 deposit for transportation services to Diego Party Bus was on April 7, 2015. Diego Party Bus was contracted to take my daughter's wedding party to and from the Naval Base Pt. Loma on June 27, 2015 which the understanding that Diego Party Bus would acquired base access authorization to enter the base. Diego Party Bus did not receive the authorized base access so this company is unable to provide the services which I contracted for. I have requested multiples times from Diego Party Bus to refund my deposit. They have not responded to my request. See attached letter that was sent on June 9, 2015 to Diego Party Bus.

Hello,We recently received notification of a complaint from a customer. First, I would like to ask for the Revdex.com to change the name of the company you have on file. [redacted] is no longer an employee with this company and it is not [redacted]'s Limousine Service, that is another limousine company. Any other complaints made to the Revdex.com under that name should be forwarded to that company and should not be linked with us. Our TCP # is 30301-B and we are Diego Party Bus and Limos.When you search Diego Party Bus on the site it comes up as Diego Party Bus aka [redacted]s Limousine Service, we need that aka to be Diego Party Bus and Limos as that is our DBA. As for the complaint filed, unfortunately Ms. [redacted] was a customer of ours. When we spoke to [redacted] we informed her that as many of our customers we would be happy to provide driver's names and phone number so that they can get access to the naval base. We have worked with multiple bases before and have never had an issue with this before. We accommodated Ms. [redacted] multiple requests including a break in the schedule that would require the vehicle to stay with them more hours then we charged her for. Prior to the reservation date we got an email with the information required. We informed Ms. [redacted] that one of the documents had an error and would not open. As for the document for the driver's information it asked for the drivers SSI. Unfortunately, we cannot provide that information for privacy and security reasons. We asked Ms. [redacted] to ask the naval base if that was necessary because we always provided clients with drivers name and license number. She told us that if we didn't provide the information that she would cancel. We asked her to work with us by informing her that we can provide a full drivers list and she was still unsatisfied. As a result the deadline date passed and she asked us for her deposit. Our contract, which she signed states that deposits are nonrefundable but because of this situation we provided her a full refund of the 150.00. Please let us know if this complaint is now closed.
