I am rejecting this response because: I have been in contact with DGS. They are attempting to resolve my issue but nothing has been resolved yet. I was waiting on a call back from them this past Friday, April 7, but they haven't called back. I will call them again today. I do appreciate their eagerness to help but until I get results I can't close this complaint. They are having a hard time resolving this issue so you can imagine the time I was having!
