I went to Dillards on 5955 Eastex Freeway in Beaumont TX as a return customer to buy another business suit. I picked out a suit and ask Mr. Henry C. (Business Manager Tailored Suits) if its possible to have this tailored according to my preference and his response was No. so I replied - no bid deal - I ll pick out another brand that meet my preference. Later, I picked out another one and this time totally different suit and I asked another representative if its possible to have this tailored my way (since he was right front of me) and his response was Maybe (of course, nicely) and he tried helping me. when I went back to the Mr. Henry to asked another question - he simply replied I am not there to help you. you asked someone else even tho I told you that NO - you can't get this tailored so I won't help you since you don't trust me. you can go somewhere else in a very rude way in front of many people. I asked to talk to the manager and he gave me his card and said sir, I am the manager. I told him I am not liking your attitude and won't come back no more and he replied I don't want you here anyway - you can go to hell - there are many shop that sell the same st we have so go there. good bye and hope I never see you again.... I left politely.

Hello my name is Adriane S., I am writing a review on Dillard's 309 West Farm to Market Road 1382 Cedar Hill, Tx 75104. I am visiting Dallas , Tx on a job assignment. I went out to thePark Mall too Dillard's shopping I saw some Ugg's boots that was priced @ $52.50 I like The sale person went to check and didn't have my size, the sale person then ask me what area I live in so she could check another store, So then she called over too The Cedar Hill store where they had my size , They were put on hold I drove over to pick them up and was charge $106.00+ tax. After being charge that I called and ask for the shoe manager. I talked to the shoe manager by the name of Dee. He said that those boots was suppose to be $106.00 and it's nothing he can do for me . He stated that I need to go back to the Park Mall and talk to them, Mr. D. also stated why did I buy the boots if the price wasn't what it suppose to ring up. Then he went on and said the only thing he can do is I can bring the boots back to the Cedar Hill Dillard's and he will return them and I will have my money back and I can start all over shopping. I was confusing him he can no longer talk too me. After talking to Mr. D. the shoe manager. I called and asked for the store manager Mrs. Jill W. I explained everything to her, Mrs. W. said she understand she would call to Park Mall and talk too the shoe manager and and get back with me ,don't worry I will be taken care of. She never call back. I call her on today 01/16/2017 and ask her have she got a chance to talk to anyone . She said she called to Park Mall and (they) do not remember. and because of that the boot is showing $106.00 in her system she cannot over ride,that Ugg's rules are so strict. and because they do not remember me she can't adjust the price I have too pay the $106.00 . If the boot was not suppose to price at $52.50 until the New Years sale that had nothing to do with me. So how are Mr. D. and Mrs. W. are going to hold me accountable . I have been shopping at Dillard's for many years now. But these past few Dillard's employees have been following me around while I shopped. I am a victim of discrimination because one day I was at Dillard's in Columbus Ga I went upstairs and came back and their was the black security guard just starring at me. On another occasion this other black Dillard's security guard followed me out on to the food court to see if I had shop lifted anything. I took off my coat and he saw I haven't taken anything, but I had my receipt to proof for the items I purchased. I am being harassed and targeted because I am a single white woman, and I made a bad review of Dillard's and gave them a 1 start. Well people didn't like my review because they called it racist. I said nothing against black people except I don't like being discriminated either by their black security guards and them falsely accusing me of shop lifting. So Dillard's deleted my review and people started to harass me due to me posting a legit complaint. Well I will not be shopping at Dillard's anymore if they think everyone is going to shop lift and white customers, are being harassed and targeted by their black security guard. If they keep treating customers this way and giving into the other peoples complaints about removing peoples reviews. they have already lost me as a customer. They will only lose many more if they only won't a certain type of customer. I don't have to put up with being mistreated or harassed be I made a bad review about Dillard's.

They repaired my retaining walls and a portion of my sidewalk. They came to make repairs again but never came to reseal the repairs. One wall and the sidewalk they repaired are a crumbling mess. They would not respond to my calls and requests for my [redacted] to be refunded. I would never recommend this company.

I have been a long time customer and have never had a problem until now. I purchased a Rare Edition baby dress from Dillard's Direct online. I washed it like any normal parent does before letting their baby wear it and I washed it on my hand wash cycle. The blue on the dress bled onto the white of the dress, on another yellow outfit and an ivory cardigan. These items were all purchased at the same time a couple of weeks ago. I contacted Dillards via email and they told me that can not do anything because the dress instructions said "hand wash". Please tell me what parent with a baby has time to wash every item by hand. This is not early 1900s. Every other "hand wash" item I have has been washed on the "hand wash" cycle and I have not had a problem. It is the quality of the dress and the customer service that I am so upset about. I have spent a ton of money at Dillards and I do believe this has changed my mind about this place. I will certainly let others know my experience.

Dominique is very rude. When I Called to notify a manager, they lied and said she doesn't work there. Shes hispanic about 24 years old, short hair brown.
