Review: *ommission and needs to make few minor changes to paperwork. He will also need to take pictures. Will come in 2 days (Fri 5/**) 13-**-[redacted] never showed up and didn’t call 13-06-** emailed [redacted] Materials Checklist received from Landmark Com[redacted] from [redacted] Engineering was hired as an architect to

provide services for reconstruction of building at [redacted] and

oversee construction of dental office in same building (including proper

paperwork, DOB approval, inspection sign off, etc). Construction was

completed over 3 years ago and sign off on Building/ Dental office has

not been completed yet. Applications on project had to be renewed a

second time and that has recently expired. There has been numerous calls

on my part which has not been answered and messages I have left have

not been returned. There has also been promises of dropping by the

office but [redacted] never showed up or gave a courtesy call when he couldn't

make it. Also payment of $3500 was made to legalize an extension on

patio at back of building which architect has acknowledged will never be

approved. Only work done for this patio was to draw up a diagram which

was not even correct (there are 2 patio extensions and only one depicted

in drawing) Here is a summary of recent events: **-**-[redacted] indicated

expediter would pick up plumbing paperwork **-**-10 Called [redacted] on cell

– left message **-**-[redacted] emailed to say he would be dropping off

signed paperwork on **/26/**; never showedl up 13-**-** called [redacted] –

said he would drop by tomorrow showing permit has been reinstated; never

showed up; Left message for him again 13-**-15 called [redacted] – he said he

submitted paperwork to DOB to sign off on project – he said he will

call back in 1 hour – he never did 13-**-24 left message on [redacted]

answering machine [redacted] called back right away and said job was rejected

due to plumbing issue (medical gas test?) 13-**-31 [redacted] stopped by

and had me sign a form for final sign-off 13-**-**Emailed [redacted] asking

for Status – he responded saying it takes time 13-04-** emailed [redacted] re:

status 13-04-** called [redacted]’s cell – no answer – LM asking for status

of closing 13-04-** called [redacted]’s cell – no answer- LM 13-**-** called

[redacted]’s cell and spoke to him – he was away for 3 weeks. He received

paperwork from Landmark cmission – requesting color photos and wants to know which permit they want signed off on 13-07-** left message on his cell for status 13-**-**called [redacted] cell – mailbox full; emailed him 13-**-**spoke to [redacted] from different phone – blames landmarks; he said he will call landmarks and I should call him at end of day 13-**-** called [redacted] cell – he called landmarks and they said there was an issue; he has to go to their office and pick up a letter; he asked me to call him at end of day 13-09-** Left message on cell – no answer 13-**-**no answer on cell - left message 13-10-** called cell and left message – no answer 13-**-** called cell and left message 14-**-**Emailed and sent letter re: final notice for action [redacted] emailed back same day that they were doing 2nd submission – will drop by office on Wed (1/**) 14-**-[redacted] never dropped by – no call to let me know 14-**-20 emailed [redacted] – advised that I received letter re: “Notice of Withdrawal” – also advised will file complaint with better business burea 3/**/**– he never responded **-** Emailed [redacted] – advised him Revdex.com complaint has been filledout – will give him 3 days to respond otherwise complaint will be sent. No Response as of **/**/14Desired Settlement: Only thing I wish from [redacted] is to get the final sign off on the dental office. I also want all the official documentation he has in his possession for the building (that is not needed for the sign off) and dental office. I want a pro-rated refund for any incomplete work (certificate of occupancy) and entire amount for patio extension ($3500). If he is not going to do anything further, I want him to pay for whatever it will cost to get the project completed by someone else (final sign off, C of O) since he has already been paid and it will cost a lot more to get someone else to finish the project. I want a full refund for the patio extension. I also want all my official documentation for the building and dental office
