Diosa's Dog Grooming

Review: The two young employees had my dog in a kennel for almost three hours without food or water before they even got to shower her. They then stuck her in a kennel for another forty minutes before I demanded to take her home and she finally got her nails trimmed and ears cleaned. They would rather make fast cash and make the dogs wait for an inhumane amount of time rather than telling me they were booked for the day. They were rough and indifferent towards the poor dogs when showering and grooming. They used cold vacuums instead of blow dryers and stuck the dogs soaking wet into the kennels and dried them by sticking floor fans into the kennels. They didn't ask me for any vaccine records which makes this place dangerous for dogs and humans. Grooming shop was dirty and health codes were clearly not up to standards. Not mention, I saw several roaches crawling on the walls.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to have this business thoroughly inspected in order to create a safe, healthy, clean, and cruelty-free grooming business for dogs and customers.
