Cheapest quality product I have seen. My business partner says the last time he used their products one broke during installation, and the other lasted about six. No one returned his call for a replacement product despite several calls.

Terrible customer service. They sent a quick cookie-cutter generic message, but if you expect a real conversation, you are not going to get it.
