Review: Called Direct Cabinet Sales to get an ETA on my replacement doors and missing cabinet. I was told that I am not their customer but the contractor who posed as a Direct Cabinet employee is the customer and I must go through him. The replacement doors were supposed to be ordered over three weeks ago and have not been received. Second, wrong sized cabinets were originally delivered and had to wait over two weeks to get the correct cabinets delivered. Have been without a kitchen for two months due to the poor service and no end is in sight since I have no idea when the doors and last cabinet will be shipped to me.Desired Settlement: I need to have the replacement doors and final cabinet delivered ASAP in order to complete my kitchen remodel.
