Di's Kornerstone Diner

Review: went for dinner to restaurant. ordered meal. Steaks came back, mine was correct my friends wrong, send it back to be redone. Was also told there would be onions and mushrooms , had to ask. ate slow because my friends dinner was not back yet, meal was now cold. friends dinner came had to wait for her. I asked if I could have some money off the bill because of the issues, was told would have to ask. Called the manager this morning, she was not letting me explain, she kept telling me, she looked at the camera in the restaurant, she said we ordered the steaks both Medium well and then changed our minds, she also told me that they never take money off a bill ever. I felt like I was being accused of things I didn't do, and I was being called a liar. She said I wanted a free meal. I said that was not true, I wanted something off the bill for all the issues. I said If I had gone to another establishment They would have apologized and taken off something for the troubles. I told her that she has lost a customer and she said good and hung up on me. I will never go back to this establishment. I spent over 47.00 dollars plus tip, and I was treated horribly by this woman.Desired Settlement: adjustment on my visa debit card. I will not go back to this business ever again. The manager is rude, wouldn't listen to me at all.
