In response to the Complaint of Lance [redacted] , Disaster Professionals responds as follows:Mr [redacted] did retain Disaster Professionals in Rock Springs to install a radon mitigation system in their home, which is warranted The system has been installed and we believe is functioning correctly It is correct that there is a final reading test which needs to be done to confirm the same, which has not yet been done Our employee that worked with the [redacted] 's is no longer with the company, and this is at least a partial reason why this final inspection was not performed On November 30, 2016, we received an e-mail from [redacted] on this issue, detailing substantially the same complaint, which was immediately responded to My recollection is that I also had a phone conversation with Ms [redacted] the same day, which did not resolve the matter The Revdex.com Complaint was filed the next day As I indicated in the e-mail of November 30, and again here, Disaster Professionals stands ready, willing and able to do this final little bit of work, but has not been allowed to do so by the [redacted] s Disaster Professionals disputes that there were multiple calls made by the [redacted] s (it is possible that they were contacting MrL***, but that is speculation on our part.)
