We have had a great experience with "Finest Flatware". We ordered 2 sets of soup spoons, received a 30% discount at checkout and they were in our mailbox in 2 days! We've NEVER had service like that from ANY mail-order company. The spoons are exactly what we ordered. Great quality.

Not sure what to think of this company. Nice website, with lots of selections. Placed my order, they charged my credit card and sent an email confirmation.

A couple days later I got an email notice of refund and an offer to reorder. However when I called to figure out why they had cancelled my order, the phone was answered by a woman with a dog barking in the back ground. When I said I wanted to know about my order, she asked my name, and when I told her she immediately said, we don't care that configuration. When I told her the email said to reorder, she simply hung up.

Odd. needless to say I am moving on.
