Discount Windows

This company claims to provide Sales, Installation and Repair I contacted this business for a quote and installation of a door and they told me they don't do installation The sub out the installation to contractors who they claim are too busy to give estimates They said it isn't worth it to them to give estimates to customers because their employees don't want to travel to give the estimate Their website states the above They don't provide the service What a big disappointment I think this is frankly advertising and poor business practice

I am attaching our records which document communication with the customer and the grant agency which is paying for the product Both Discount Windows and the manufacturer have made multiple attempts to satisfy this customer's concerns Josiah A***, Discount Window's CEO made another attempt to resolve this issue directly with the customer, yesterday, but did not receive a call back after leaving a voice mail We are not sure what else we can do to satisfy her complaint All issues have been addressed except the "rattle" which is a product of the wrought iron design of the door We would welcome the opportunity to deal directly with the customer if she is willing to contact us Alyse H [redacted] 541-998-Fax 541-998-

I ordered and paid for - 6' x 5' slider Windows - over weeks ago and have been trying to pick them up - but they are no where to be found but "Discount Windows" will order me more for an additional $ [redacted] what a scam They will call me back but never doJust talk to another person with the same story - I asked the Sales rep"Reese" about this and he says they deal a lot of people so this happensI have asked for a refund - we will see what happens next
