The owner of this consignment company ([redacted]) has failed to provide an itemized statement of sales of items I left on consignment (in violation of consignment agreement) and has written a check to me that has been returned by her bank ([redacted]). I have left voicemails with the owner on September 30, 2011 demanding a bank check for the monies owed plus the returned check fee, with no response.
