Malibu from Diversified Auto Corp on 5-7-16. When he called + asked about the car I did tell him it ran good, I told him I was not aware of any issues, but that it was being sold under $1000. Which I did tell everyone. He came in, test drove + liked it. I did let him know we had a dealer license, but not a car lot, he seemed fine with that. We went in + wrote the car up, I did tell him that it was taking about 8 weeks to receive the title from the state, and he was good with that. He left with his copy of the purchase agreement showing proof of ownership. He did call back a couple days later complaining about an antifreeze leak, I told him to have it checked out and let me know, if it was something major, I would have traded him into a different car. When I didn't hear back from him, I did go transfer the car into his name. I had not received the title yet from the dealer we purchased it from, so I did a conditional transfer. I don't know why he would go do an expedite on the transfer he would have received it anyways. Inclosed I am sending his dispute amount of $20.00. Thank you for letting us know he had a problem.
