Sloppy! All this couple cares about is getting your money. After that, you can forget about any quality work, or them even showing up. Every other word out of their mouths seemed to be a lie! When you smoke weed while you are working, you are not 100%. They have their priorities mixed up. If I can save anyone from making the mistake of hiring them, it is worth it. Please stay away from these shady predators!

David and Kacie Hebert said within the first 5 minutes of meeting them, that they were liscensed and insured. I did not ask them this but they volunteered this information. Turns out they were lying. So our whole relationship was built on LIES! Unfortunately we hired them, and the lies just kept on coming! WOW! I never met such shady, dishonest, and unethical people in all my life! They were demanding money upfront all the time, but would never finish any of the work. I didn’t know any better at the time. I made a lot of mistakes, and they were happy and comfortable to take advantage of us! They are not good people! They are not qualified to do any work. After we paid them, they didn’t show up for 6 weeks. They kept giving us [redacted] excuses ranging from their kids were sick, the weather is bad, we are doing some volunteer work fixing up our church(REALLY?), that’s a good one, my truck is broken. You name it, and they said it! Pathetic! Please don’t fall victim to this horrible couple! They took a bunch of materials and money from us without making good on it! Surely they will have their day of reckoning! They truly are the lowest form of sm on earth, to take advantage of people when they are dealing with a natural disaster(2016 flood). I don’t know how they sleep at night. If I were them, I would be constantly looking over my shoulder.

This couple is going to get what is coming to them. They will rot in hell for what they do to people. They lie, steal, and smoke dope all day while they work leaving them to make horrible decisions, and working sloppy. They will never be successful. One day, they will take advantage of the wrong people and get what is coming to them.

These peoples are liars . David and Kacie Hebert. Don't trust them . We have been flooded since August 2016 and that's not enough for us to deal with but we also have to deal with these kind of peoples! I hope they rot in jail when I'm done with them !

Do not use these people. They are frauds. They signed a contract to do our cabinets with a completion date of Mar 3 but did not complete the job. They walked away with the job half done. Took our hardware and took one of our doors to ensure as well. Kept promising to finish the job and did not. Will take them to court. We will win.

These people are frauds!

DK Carpentry and Flooring is not a contractor. Handyman at best, and not that handy either. Please don't waste your time or money with these people. Nothing but lies and deceit from the beginning. Poor quality work if they even show up at all. You will have to hire someone else to fix all their mistakes or end up doing it yourself. Save yourself the trouble! Worst experience ever!

Review: [redacted], the owner of DK Carpentry and Flooring,committed to construct a gazebo and dock on my property and walked off the job after completing only the access cement pad. He said he could walk off any job without problems. He left two 16 foot beams cut for use on the dock on my carport. He was verbally contracted to do renovations to my rental property as well. The renovations included replacing vinyl siding, installation of 500sqft of vinyl interlocking flooring and repairing 250sqft of white oak flooring. He damaged my lawn tractor using it to haul dry mix cement to the build the pad. The replacement cost of the hood is over $500. The John Deere lawn tractor is covered with cement dust and overspray. I did not give him permission to use the lawn tractor. He also left all the empty bags in the wagon attached to the tractor. When I questioned his obligation to complete the projects, he wrote in a text message he would tell everyone that he was contracted to only pour the pad. He never removed the framing boards on the pad and did not mark the bolts sticking out of the pad. I did not pay him in advance, but only paid him upon complettion of project parts. I also paid for the materials. he said he had workman's compensation but upon examination it was revealed that he was co-opting another company's insurance. He did not have insurance. He apparently worked for the contractor in the past and is now using the contractor's statement page.Desired Settlement: I want him to pay for the damages to the lawn tractor. The parts for replacement of the hood are over $550. I also want him to pay for the cleaning of the body of the lawn tractor. I also want him to remove the forming boards and mark off the hazard created by the 8-10 inch bolts left exposed.
