DNA Specialty, Inc.

I had read all the bad reviews on the HD forms about DNA and their customer service. I am writing this review to confirm that it is all true. DNA is constantly late on orders and constantly ships incorrect parts. It is amazing how this place stays open. I was told my order would be shipped to me in 3 weeks. Then DNA changes it tune and says it will be an additional 3 weeks. Be warned!!!

I also like to give a special shot out to Connie the DNA custom service person I dealt with to let her know that her service was horrible and her attitude.
