I was very pleased a first two days my 5 mo. old puppy went to this facility for their day care services. They asked for my feedback and I have them great feed back. They asked me to put a review on [redacted]. Within less than a day after receiving my great review, things changed. Even though I discussed all of this with the owners and the manager about my job schedule and what my plan was for my puppy and I was told 5 hours was a half day, I was then told not for my hours because it wasn't before or after nap time. It was in their brochure stating this but that was why I asked about my hours but I let it go. I just couldn't take my dog as much as I was originally planning to. My puppy loves it there so my husband & I did want to use them as his boarding place so we tried him out for just one night. Love the fact they have cameras to see them, not the clearest picture and they do not let you see your dog during nap time or feedings. Just play time but it was better than nothing but I did have my question of why this was and no one would answer it. first day went well. He looked like he was having a lot of fun. Second morning when the camera finally came on, I could not find my dog. I though maybe he was napping in the corner, then they went outside, still could not find him in the camera. checked the different rooms, nothing. I had to call them. They did state they put him in the bigger room but he was up against the door because he was scared of the other dogs but he will be fine. They said he got aggressive to the smaller dogs but he planned in the small room for over 12 hrs the first day. (I believe it was because they had double the dogs in the small room the next day) but I just wished they had called me so I would have known what was going on and what camera to change to. But it wasn't long he come out and looked like he was enjoying himself so I felt a lot better and was able to enjoy my vacation without worry. Then we got their a half hour before they closed and my husband & I noticed his eyes where blood shot and he was very worn out. We didn't say anything about it and we left. He looked strange to me and he couldn't even job into our car to leave. But again chalked it up to too much playing. I offered him water but he didn't want it so I put it away. Got on the highway and he was hassling. We turned the ac as high and as cold as it would go but he was still hassling hard. I looked back at him again, he stopped hassling, tongue was hanging out but to the side and his eyes started to roll back into his head. I made my husband stop right there on the shoulder of the hwy (which of course, dangerous for us) tried to give him water, he wouldn't drink. but I had to made him drink. Once I did, I didn't think he was going to stop. He was severally dehydrated. He ended up being ok but not something you want to go through with your dog after a trip. And not something you want to pay good money for. I emailed them and all [redacted] that works there could say was sometimes that happens. I asked her now that she was aware of this, they need to make sure he takes small breaks and gets enough water. But her response was so "whatever" and then she said..." Your puppy obviously needs a low key facility." All I could say to that was "wow". You get paid to "TAKE CARE" of my dog but all you want to do is stick him in a room with other dogs and charge a fee. You dog has to take care of himself. I could have left in his dog house and probably had better resolves for free!!! Please do your homework and be carefully leaving your dog at this facility. If we were a half hour later, not sure what the outcome may have been. I try not to thing about it.","neg-1
