Very bad experience with this company. The price on their sheds is not the price that is ultimately paid. But that was just the start of the problems.
*CAME TO BUILD SHED ON THE WRONG DAY:
we had an agreed upon day to build the shed. I took the day off (at a large personal expense) and they showed up a day early and put up the shed while I was at work.
*BUILT THE SHED IN THE WRONG LOCATION:
because I wasn't there when the shed went up, the shed was built in the wrong location. It was only off by about 20 feet, but when you are trying to design a backyard, that's a huge inconvenience.
*LEFT UNFINISHED FOR 2 WEEKS
because of an "emergency" at another site, they left my shed without windows or doors for two weeks. It seemed legit at the time, but now, I'm doubting it.
*DIDN'T INSTALL ALL PAID FOR OPTIONS
They left off the flower boxes that were paid for... several months later they installed them
*FAULTY PRODUCTS
The flower boxes that were installed fell apart after 2 weeks... again, it took them months to replace them,
*LEAKING SKYLIGHT
Had a leaking skylight that resulted in some warping to the floor as water seeped in. After several weeks on calling and emailing, they finally came and replaced it.
*ANOTHER LEAKY SKYLIGHT
now the other skylight is leaking, and starting to warp my workbench. It has been several months of emails and phone calls, and they have been totally unresponsive.
each time they messed up, it was a bunch of finger pointing:
*THE OTHER CUSTOMER WASN'T READY, SO WE BUILT YOURS EARLY
*THE SUPPLIER SENT US FAULTY FLOWER BOXES
*THE SUPPLIED SENT US FAULTY SKYLIGHTS.
Never an apology. Never an offer of a price reductions.
and MY SKYLIGHT STILL LEAKS!
