I would have to see a receipt before I would consider agreeing to paying for a repair outside of our shopI really don't understand why there was a need to go elsewhere because we have tried to be responsive to messages sent concerning this

A review of this transaction shows this the vehicle purchased was as described a new vehicle purchase and mileage was disclosed and has a full factory warrantyDon Chalmers Ford will be happy to rectify any issues with the condition of the vehicle and any repairs that may need to be made

The payoff was sent to *** as agreed but *** has yet to release and send us the titleAs soon as *** sends the title we will release the check for the difference

I am rejecting this response because: After having a conversation with Mr*** I did take my truck to Don Chalmers under the impression that it would be repaired for freeAfter my truck was diagnosed with the problem I was told that I would have to pay for repairsI said no I didn't think that was fair, and drove my truck to my local mechanic that same day and now am asking to be reimbursedPlease send me a email address or a physical address and I will scan and email or mail a hard copy of the heater repair receipt

I have authorized the shop at Don Chalmers Ford to do the repairs.

I have attached 2 documents the customer signed on the day of purchase and delivery. The we owe form covers what the customer asked to be addressed and the delivery form shows the customer accepted the vehicle after inspection inside in our delivery area.
It seems the customer would like to use the Revdex.com process renegotiate the purchase.
As stated preciously if the customer is unhappy with the purchase we will repurchase the vehicle from the customer.

I am rejecting this response because:  I have had my local mechanic do the repairs. I was not going to pay Don Chalmers to do the repairs which is what they wanted in the first place. It is a shame because...

I was considering buying my next car from them until they became dis-agreeable. At this point I am requesting that they re-imburse me for my expenses. Which comes out to $231.00. I can provide them with a receipt. Thank you.

responding to Don Chalmers message and this isn't resolving the problem with the vehicle Mr. [redacted] wants to exchange this 2014 Expedition with another vehicle. He not at all satisfied with the condition and the appearance of the vehicle. Now the window molding is pop out even more so. We purchased the weather master for the floor and the carpet still has black grease shoe marking on the carpet throughout the car. The carpet in the back it has markings of when vacuum it has wear. I tried to rub put it still there. Each time I have to take it back for repairs and this is supposed to be a brand new vehicle. Each time I take it back its costing us gas not to mention I'm supposed to get a free oil change. Like I said we've been taking it to the dealer to have a repeat service on this car. Which is racking up the mileage. I tried talk with [redacted] about this problem but he's not listening to a work. We haven't driven the vehicle much only to Albuquerque to visit. Major of the time we leave it parked. No telling what else to expect. If he doesn't want to work with us just return our money and will take our business elsewhere. All my husband wants is what's he's entitle to. Doing business the right way, satisfy the customer. A down payment he put down about half of the total value of this NEW VEHICLE. I have ask [redacted] to replace this vehicle with a 2015, which he refuses to do so, instead he wants us to do is bring this Brand New Expedition in for repairs. This is how he wants to resolve the problem. Mr. [redacted] was hospitalize with mersa throughout his entire body, suffering from sodium level 185 and dehydration/ no liquids or food for at least 5 days. I was told by the VA, that he might not make it but, for the grace of God and prayers he made it back. Now he is residing at [redacted], due to medical reason. That's how sick is was back in Nov 2014-January 2015. Mr. [redacted] is a recipient of The Order of The Purple Heart, all he wants to be treated with dignity and respect. After all, serving his country the least Don Chalmers can do is to replace this 2014 Expedition for another Expedition 2015 at Mr. [redacted] request. Sincerely, [redacted]. [redacted] ID [redacted]

problem. The bottom line is that I bought a vehicle and as a customer I am to be treated fairly and if you feel this is fair then I am betting that I am not the only customer that feels this way. I have total belief that Don Chalmers has lost it stride to excellence that it once had and I would like current owner to meet me if possible and see what I am talking about.

The vehicle sold has a full factory warranty good at any of the 3300 Ford dealers nation wide so if there is a problem it should be able to be fixed without an issue. We would be happy to explore a trade in but otherwise due to sate and federal laws there is no way to just swap the vehicle out. If there is something still wrong with the vehicle we will be happy to get the vehicle in to repair it and provide a loaner vehicle while we perform the repairs needed.
