Review: I ordered tiles, shower doors, and other products from Exotic Home Expo. There were a number of major issues with there customer service but here are the most troubling:First, they guaranteed a date of delivery but only let me know the night before that it could not be met. After arguing they did finally agree to deliver the items as guaranteed but only after significant argumentSecond, when they did deliver some of the items (hundreds of pounds of materials) they left them at them at the curb and insisted that it was only "curbside delivery" when this was never previously disclosed. When my 6-month pregnant wife, who was home alone, asked them to bring the materials inside the sales rep screamed at her until she feared for her safety.Third, although I rendered payment for the entire amount owed in the form of a check to the business, they later demanded to be paid in cash or by a check to one of the sales reps rather than to the business itself. Obviously they are trying to hide the money from the [redacted] but I would not be a part of their scheme.Fourth, and possibly most disturbingly, I was notified by [redacted] that they attempted to stop delivery of a shower door to my home (worth $750) after I already gave them a check for the entire amount owed. I have not yet received the shower doors but am concerned that they may try to interfere with the delivery again. Finally, since the "[redacted] and [redacted] want cash rather than the check which they already accepted they have called my wife and I approximately 30 to 40 times in the last five days. This is clearly harassment.Desired Settlement: This business's practices are fraudulent and likely illegal. They should refrain from any further interference with delivery of the merchandise and should stop contacting me.
