I signed up for a trial membership paying only $1.00, but the terms were not disclosed I then was billed for $ After getting my invoice for $on February 10, 2017, indicating they charged by credit card, I emailed them on February 20,017, asking them to cancel Then on February 22, 2017, Matt Stafford said "I got it canceled for youThanks for emailing in." On my next email I asked him when I could see the money and he replied, "Yea I cancelled it when you requestedI am not returning the money when you asked me to cancel after the charge You need to cancel before the billing." There has to be some satisfaction to the customer, since I was not told how when I initially signed up how long I had before I would be charged $for the membership and I'm not even sure how the membership is for; i.eyear, etc I am unable to find anything on their website (which I find out now it is under construction) Your help with his refund would be greatly appreciate

You need to cancel before the billing."
