Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 12, 2015/07/06) */ I am the owner of the above mention business, I am here to address the accusations mentioned against me above In regards to the dust in the air, in the basement, the fresh air vent is not cut and the furnace has been disconnected so there is no air travelling up from the basement into the homeAs well the mentioned about states that I do come to the home for workHowever, the owners of the residence advised that I cannot come to do my work unless it is after 9:pm monday- thursday, and after pm on fridays because they "go to the gym" these are out of my working hoursNo contractor will work at such late hours of the night, this is the result of the delayThere is no cooperation with the client [redacted] As well the above mentioned had followed me home one evening, which is why she has my personal address us there, [redacted] She advised she is pursuing court action so I have stopped current work to the home due to the threatsAll work is completed as per contract, only thing left is installation of a toilet and hand basinPayment as per contract is on a installment basesCertain amount of work gets completed after payment has been givenThere is still an owing amount of $1000.00, which is the final amount for the completion of the basementOut of courtesy, I had laid down the carpet for the clientI had mentioned I would do it for free as long as they provided the material and carpetThey did not provide the material or carpet but had demanded it be doneStaying true to my word I went and got the carpet and laid it down, at no charge to the client and on my free willI provided smoothing of the edge, a nickel bar, hipbone tape for the carpet and had to take time out of my day to retrieve the carpet
