Good Afternoon ***,
I was contacted by *** and gave her an estimate on January 9th 2014, She was not home when I measured the front and backI emailed her the price that same day
I didn't hear from her until sometime in September, at
which point she advised me she only wanted the front, no problem
She told me she works from 5am to 7pmI told her we would be out the first week of October , which we did
When I measure a job like I've been doing the last years, people tend to take my advise as to where best to locate downspouts,unlike *** she apparently knows more than me
We have been there to move downspouts times now, which means you pretty much have to loosen all the gutter to pitch it the other way
The last time we were there I had met with her On a Saturday morning, to have her show me where she wants everything,we were to move the story spout on the other side of the bay window, where there was a 10ftpiece of gutter with a downspout on the single story gutter, so we dropped the upper to the lowerWe do this all the time, well she wanted another downspout 6" away from the other one,which wood look ridiculousShe said the last time the downspout was there it over flowed and rotted her wood, well thats because they were full of leaves.I did text her after she advised me of this and did say "my bad" and also said would you like me to add another downspoutshe also asked what her balance wasNever heard anything else until the other day she let a voice mail at work about a drip, I just haven't had a chance to get over there, she's not my only customer and the fact that we did the work in October and her first payment of $wasn't till May of this year
I have already lost my you know what on this job, but I'm willing to finish it for my reputation, and maybe I might get the balance owed

I received a text message from Donco on 6/24/I was out of stateAsking if they could come the next day and install downspout and fix leakI responded that they can fix leak I never heard from him again so I don't know if it was fixed or notI do not want another down spout where he wants to put itIt would look funny to have a downspout 7ft from each other one on each side of a window.I would like to make sure the leak is fixed and send him and end this night mare! I will have to pay another gutter co to come out to fix this messI have pictures of what he has done if needed

First thing my daughter lives in ColoradoThe only other person is my dog walker and I checked with her and she said she didnt see anyone working on the gutters
I have always been professional thru this whole messI only want what looks best on my house and that does not leave pools of water at my door step to create a hazardI feel that his commit about "God bless the next gutter guy" was uncalled forI have had lots of work done to my house in the last yearI have painted and the painter was alway concerned that I was happy with the jobI had a new fence installed and they did a great jobWhen the boards split they came out and replaced them for no chargeI had a new pump installed on my pool and when it wasn't cleaning after it was installed they came out and made repairsNever have I ever had to have someone come out so many times to make repairs because they were never fixed the way we discussedI do not want Donco to make any further repairsI will send him my final payment of $I have already detoured one future client and hopefully having this on the Revdex.com no other person will have to go thru this with DoncoOne other thing always make sure they commit to a date that repairs will be done and be present while work is being doneThey liked to show up when you were not home or aware they were coming so they can fix like they wanted to not like you had discussed

Yes I did send *** an email asking if we could come out the next day to fix the drip and add the downspout she wanted
Her response back was " you can fix the leak tomorrow only."
So we went out the next afternoon and fixed the leak
I asked my guy's if anyone was home, they said ***'s daughter came home while they were on the story ladder fixing the drip
Have *** check with her daughter
As far as the "funny looking downspout" I was going to put it inches away from were *** wanted it
And the balance is $not $
The only thing that is true is Yes this is a nightmareGod bless the next gutter company
