could be thinned but the larger tree wasn't a thinning candidateOur response was jokingly that we don't do magicthe larger tree was a tangled up messImpossible to thinHe went in and checked with *** And ok'd the thinning of the small tree and topping and shaping of the tangled up tree hanging over the side we were working on
He was quoted seventy five dollars with cleanupHe returned and asked us to proceedThe area beneath these trees was ten inch tall dry grassunirrigated as if sprinklers were already not workingThe tree we butchered was inspected when she called to complain about two weeks ago and was found to be coming back just fineWe feel we earned every dime we charged herWe did not damage her irrigation system o r remove any stumpsWe feel she got far more than she paid for because we were trying to help our customer next door where dawns tree was encroachingI refuse to return any money to her or be embezzled out of any sprinkler repair
