Donley Service Center

Walter Shannon, a long-time employee with Donley, showed up on time to fix our clogged toilet. He made one quick trip back to his truck, came in with the correct tool to fix the problem, and had it fixed within minutes. He is the plumbing supervisor for Donley, and now I understand why the other plumbing employees are so well trained. He asked if we had any other plumbing problems, and immediately fixed the one slight faucet problem we had. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and really knew what he was doing. Donley employees are always a pleasure to deal with.

All experiences with this company were excellent. The customer service reps were knowledgeable and very understanding. The tech explained what needed to be done, and the cost involved. He resovled the problem in a prompt and professional manner.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Just had Ryan come and make some repairs on our toilets. Service was provided on time, with a call ahead, professionally and with skilled labor. This recent service call by your technician Enes S[redacted] was most remarkable in the way it happened. He arrived well within the predicted window. He listened to my description of the problem and went to the thermostat to observe the built in diagnostics. Thereafter it took him less than five minutes to CORRECTLY diagnose the problem and effect the necessary remedy. In all, it took him less than twenty minutes to complete the cure, from diagnosing to curing the problem. Would that all service calls from all the vendors I deal with should be this quick and successful. Mr. S[redacted] is definitely a keeper!
