My name is Anthony ***, I am the General Manager for Donnelly Stucco. Upon receiving a complaint from the Revdex.com from Mr*** job #35-60, I immediately called him and spoke to him about the issue. We had a relatively long conversation where I explained to him that the damage on
his home which is existing damage and was existing, was beyond our expertise. Mr*** called Donnelly Stucco on September 10, asking us to come out and look at a stucco issue on his home. On September 14th, a representative from Donnelly Stucco by the name of Cary *** went out to meet with him. We had told Mr*** at that time that the said area on his home that we were called out to look at needed to be removed so that we could see the problem back behind it. on 9/17/Mr*** agreed and signed a contract for the amount of $3,to open the wall. Upon opening the wall, it was very clear that there was a major foundation issue. Mr*** was made aware of it and was advised to contact a company that could deal with this type of issue. Donnelly Stucco also brought in an Engineer company to assess the problem and until that problem was resolved there was nothing else we could do at this time. The opening in his home was covered with poly to close out the weather and Mr*** was asked to contact us when the foundation issue had been corrected and we would be able to work on his home. Mr*** gave us a $1,deposit on the $3,contract. The work that needed to be done has to the best of my knowledge not been completed. I have not spoken to Mr*** until 5/16/at which time I called him. I spoke with him today 5/17/and explained that there would be a cost involved in the initial work of $1,which he agreed to have deducted from his deposit. He had expressed in having no interest in Donnelly Stucco completing the project nor are we able to until the foundation issue has been addressed. A check for $will be sent back to Mr*** to settle this issue. He agreed to that and verbally released us from any other on going work on his home or responsibility. We have contacted our customer regarding her down payment and a check was mailed to her for a full refund in the amount of $1900.00 on 11/5/2015. We believe we have resolved any outstanding issues she may have had.

I received my full refund on Saturday and that was the only resolution I was willing to accept. I am glad this was finally resolved. I am sorry that it had to come to me filing a claim before action was taken. I have heard good things about their stucco work.
