I spoke with you on the phone and under factory policies we are only subject to repairing the sofaThe sofa is over months old and can not be returnedWe are more than happy to send out a repair company that is hired by the manufacture to take care of problems Jared refuses repairI also called the sales rep for the manufacture and they also said they would repair it to resolve and issuesAgain If you would like to repair it we are gladly here to assistThank you

[redacted] called and responded to customer's rejection by phoneHe also faxed a copy of the original invoice showing that they delivered the recliner the same day it was received by them, thus it was definitely not a floor modelHe said they tried to repair the furniture but customer refusedThey also submitted a document from the repairman verifying that the customer refused repairThey are still willing to come out and repair the recliner if the customer wishes, but they no longer have the part and would need to order itShe can call if she wishes to do that

My response to Dons Furnitures, reply,is I refuse to keep this cheaply made furniture because They did not hold up their end of the deal, by having my furniture delivered to me within the 6-weeks as promised pc of the furniture was brought to me missing a zipper & stuffingThe handle on the Chair broke in half just a couple of months after I received itIn the meantime I have discovered that One of the seats in the love seat is coming apart, (Unsewed)I am refusing to keep this furniture because it is definitely not worth the amount of money I paid for it! So I feel Dons Furniture has not given me well made furniture like they advertise that their customers will receive! Thank you

HiI recently sent a complaint, due to the furniture I bought from Dons Furniture is falling apart already, I have had multiple
issues with Dons & the furniture, since orderingThe 1st problem was getting to me within the 6-week time period as promised, I had been speaking to the manager at least once a week from approximately weeks into this, & he did at one point give me $of my $$ back, as he called it, to keep me from doing a total return, & keep me happy until it arrived Once we got about to the week ***, The manager agreed with me that if my furniture wasn't delivered to me by the next week, he would refund the total amountSo coincidentally, my furniture was delivered on that day!! I was in Dons within a few days after, & right away, I noticed the floor models of what I ordered, were gone!!! I truly believe they ended up bringing me the floor models! I have no proof of this, though. Once I did get the furniture, I noticed one of the recliners didn't have as much stuffing as the other 2, once I got underneath, I found that a zipper was broken off, therefore it had lost some stuffing somewhere, I had not seen any stuffing around my house!! They did agree to fix this, but while waiting on their repairman to come & fix this problem, I had sat in my recycling chair, when I went to recline it, the handle broke in half, like nothing! I of course had enough! ! I called Dons & demanded a refund at least on the chair, I did not get anywhere with that he just said he would send a new handle with the repair man, when he comes to fix the luv seat recliner, I refused, & demanded to speak with the owner of the business, which is, the managers father, the manager informed me that his father would not let me return either, & he would send the handle with the repair man to fix the chair, again I said No, I wanted to speak to the owner before doing anything, & that I was not happy with this cheaply made furniture! , he then told me his Father was away on vacation, I asked the manager to have him call me when he returned.Meanwhile the repairman came & fixed the luv seat recliner by replacing the whole bottom piece, then showed me a handle, that he was told needed to be put on the chair, I again refused, said I preferred to wait & talk to the owner, I wanted to return the chair.About weeks went by, I hadn't heard back from anyone at Dons, & I noticed on the other side of my luv seat, the cushion where you sit, was pulling away from the back, there's a gap there, I investigated, & found that it is coming unsealed, from where it attaches to the back, I then decided to call Dons again, & see why the owner had not called me yet, I again speak to the Son, the Manager, he just kept telling me his Dad would not do anything different, I could not get a refund, pretty much end of story! I informed him I was going to contact the Revdex.com, & all he said was, " make sure you tell them, you refused to have the handle on your chair fixed" his words!! And that's when I decided to pursue the matter by writing to you Please refer to the pictures I sent via e-mail. Thank you

Business faxed documentation indicating special orders are non-cancelable, all sales are final, no refunds, and customer signed paperwork agreeing to these terms.
