We still have not had anyone come out to look at this problem.

We will be happy to schedule the work to be done. I will have [redacted] call you today.

We have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] regarding the inclement weather. We are unable to perform the work while it is raining and the ground is wet. We have ordered his material and are waiting on it's delivery. As soon as the material is delivered, we will have our crew out to install it. There is no reason to have our crew on site, if there is no material to complete the work. We have repeatedly apologized for the delays and explained that it is beyond our control. We are working diligently to resolve this matter. We understand that home repair is stressful for our clients and we work hard to minimize the stress, however there are instances when delays can not be helped. It is our sincere hope that Mr. [redacted] would take all aspects into consideration.

We have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] and have made arrangements to complete any repairs he deems necessary and that falls within our original scope of work.
