Hello,
In regards to the above listed complaintDouble K Properties has numerous rental properties, and to the best of my knowledge we do not provide or pay for trash service to any of our propertiesIt is the responsibility of the tenant to
set up their own trash service with whoever the provider is for the area in which they liveDouble K Properties is not involved in the delivery of or the pickup of cans from the residence
If memory serves me the cans in question were in front of the garage which can be seen from the streetThe trash company will come into the yard if they can see the cans from the streetWe simply assume the cans are picked up by the trash company if they are no longer on the property
My only correspondence with the tenant was in the form of a text message which was exactly as follows
*** the trash cans were in front of the garageSomeone must have picked them upThey are not there anymore
