On June 25 2014 I recently purchased a[redacted] and the front wheels sound like they were going to come off radio didn't work front protection dragging underneath car when the car gets cold and you crank the car it sounds like something was rattling I took car back they promise to fix the car because they said that they were aware of the problems with the car they kept the car for a week an I got the car back it was still doing the same thing but [redacted] kept telling me to call the finance company an I replied I'm not talking to them until you all fix my car I told them that I didnot want that car an I asked if I could choose another car an they replied that they couldnot because paperwork had already been turned in July 11 2014 they had to rewrite paperwork an resummit the paperwork back to finance company and again I wouldn't respond to the finance company so finally called me back an offer me 2006 tires missing mirrors in sun visor wore out spare tire I've had two flat tires an no spare tire I've asked for my money back numerous of times and they say no refund so I had to settle with this car.Now my problem is trying to get my hard plates which have been paid for so I called my vin # isn't in the system an keep issuing me 30day tags it is going on 3 months and I still haven't got my tags so I went to inspector at and filed a complaint with officer and officer advised me to file an cmplaint with Revdex.com Something needs to be done about this car lot this is the worst car buying experienced I have ever had its always customers there fussing and threaten these people at this car lot because of the stuff that they do such as taken people money.......I need to know if my car has an Title I'm scared to make car payment I just want my money back and be threw with all together.HELP ME PLEASE!
